The ShulStats Finance Report allows you to view and interpret specific yearly financial data trends from your ShulCloud Account. It includes visualizations designed by ShulCloud product experts to highlight the most important financial data in one place, and allows you to export filtered lists into Excel.
You cannot manually change the report within ShulStats. The report is based on the data as it currently exists in your ShulCloud account. If a number or visual seems off, please double-check your data in ShulCloud. Data is refreshed every day at 4am Eastern Time, so the data shown in ShulStats will be from the previous day. Any updates you make in ShulCloud will be displayed in ShulStats the following day.
Before You Begin
To access the full ShulStats feature, ensure that your congregation has a subscription for ShulStats. In order to view ShulStats, an admin must have specific ShulStats and view and/or edit administrator permissions.

| 4. Payment Scheduled Filter | Allows you to filter the visuals on the current page by whether or not payments have been scheduled |
| 5. Yearly Charges |
Provides a visual of yearly charge trends. The different colored lines represent whether or not charges have been closed. Select a point on the visual to view the pie charts for a single year. |
| 6. Go to Charge Details Report Button |
After you click on a bar or chart section in a charges visual, you can click the link to see a detailed report of every charge within that category. See below for an overview of the Charge Details report. |
| 7. Charges by Type |
Provides a visual of the total percentage of charges by charge type. |
| 8. Yearly Payments |
Provides a visual of yearly payment trends. Select a point on the visual to view the pie charts for a single year. |
| 9. Go to Payment Details Report Button |
After you click on a bar or chart section in a charges visual, you can click the link to see a detailed report of every payment within that category. See below for an overview of the Payment Details report. |

Provides a visual of the total percentage of payments by payment method. |
Charge Details Report
When you click the blue Go to Charge Details Report link, you will see the following page. If the report isn't showing the correct details, make sure that all your filters are clear by clicking the eraser in the right corner of the filter boxes.

Payment Details Report
